Drilling and Stroke production: At Sylvano's tennis Academy we do hundreds of different variety of feeding and live hittings drills. Our drills are moderns and are made to maximise the improvemnt of every student strokes. Our goal is to develope junior tennis players into college and Pro players. Some of the drills we us at the academy are: Wide groundstroke drills, forehand/backhand balls deep crosscourt, transition drills, over heads, solid backhand, variety of specialty shots; angle shots, dropt shots, slices and many more drills a student needs to be a competitive player. |

Strength, Footwork and Conditioning: Medicine Balls exercises are used as part of our tennis training program to develop explosive movements. Medicine ball training is appropriate for all levels. Standing torso twist, vertical extensions, chest push are some of the examples.

Mental Toughness: We build and train students to have a positive attitude, dedication, high self esteem and confidence When player is uninspired the coach encourages and motivates by using words to toughen up mentally. We emphasize on having the right attitude and confidence so the player will not lose a match because of negative emotion and poor attitude. Student will develop confidence to execute smart strategies and tactics. |

STUDENT CODE OF ETHICS:
Sylvano Tennis Academy requires and expects a high level of moral conduct from their students. Any student violating a code of ethic will be subject to disciplinary action from running laps, suspension from clinics, and up to expulsion. Disciplinary action will be determined by the Head Coach, Academy Director, and Team Captains. Please review the following rules carefully:
•No deception. Do not lie during matches, practice, or tournaments when you are a Sylvano Tennis Academy student. If you wish to lie about points, practices, or anything else, this is not the academy for you.
•No disrespectful speech. Do not degrade other people by using profanity, racial slurs, or other crude speech. Use your common sense and discretion.
•No violence. Do not throw rackets, do not hit other students or people in general, and do not threaten anyone with any sort of violence.
•No cheating. Do not cheat during practice; it is pointless because it will be detrimental to your progress. Honesty is a derivative of honor, we expect you to behave accordingly.
•No drugs, alcohol, or smoking. Drugs include all recreational drugs and abuse of any substance. This includes performance enhancers. Do not provide anyone with any substances, do not take any substances, and do not encourage anyone to take any substances. If you are caught involved with any of the aforementioned items, you will be expelled.
•No harassment. Do not harass members of the opposite sex or of the same sex.
•Behave with dignity and sportsmanship at all times. If there are any questions, concerns, or issues of sensitive nature, students are urged to discuss any matter with a staff member, team captain, or even via email. Your safety and well being is our top priority. We expect our students to develop into responsible, respectful, and dignified individuals as well as top players.
